Merser Signature Spritz
- 50ml Merser Signature
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- 20ml Campari
- 15ml pink grapefruit juice
- Soda to top
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and give it a quick shake. Strain into a spritz/wine glass and top up with soda. Garnish with a curled pink grapefruit peel and a sprig of mint.
